To secure your desired event date, a non- refundable deposit of USD$1,500.00 is required. An additional deposit of 50% of the estimated bill will be required one hundred and twenty (120) days prior; and, final payment is due upon completion of the event. All payments can be made in the form of cash or credit card. We regret that no personal checks can be accepted for final payment. In case of cancellation, 100% of the deposit (less the initial down payment) will be refunded up to six (6) months prior to the reserved date; 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs three (3) months prior and no refunds between zero to sixty (0-60) days prior to the desired event date. All menus and planning must be finalized sixty (60) days before the actual event date and will not be altered thereafter. A Banquet Event Order will be provided sixty (60) days prior for your approval.

How to start the Wedding Planning

To secure your date and to start the wedding coordination, a deposit of $ 1000.00 US is required. Deposits may be made by credit card or check. In case of cancellation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded up to 6 months prior to the reserved date.  50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs between 3 to 6 months prior to the reserved date.  No refunds between 0 and 90 days prior to the date.  AT 90 days, an additional deposit of 50% of the estimated bill will be required.

60 days before the wedding date the Alexandra Resort needs to have received all your decisions on services and items pertaining to your wedding. A completed wedding planning document will be provided at that time for your approval.
