Just in time to Commemorate Grandparent's Day, the Alexandra Resort Offers "Golden Years Travel Special" with 55% off or more.

Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands (August 21, 2012) – The Alexandra Resort, located on world famous Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos Islands, today announced it is extending its "Golden Years Travel Special", which encourages families to travel together and provides a discount of 55% or more, to commemorate National Grandparents Day.

"National Grandparents Day" honors the important contributions senior citizens make to society and is celebrated with cards, gifts, phone calls and visits. This year, in the United States and Canada the holiday is celebrated on September 9, 2012.

Golden Years Travel Special from The Alexandra
For a stay of three nights, the fourth night is discounted by the percentage equal to the age of the oldest person in the party. For instance, if the oldest person in the group is age 65, the rate on the fourth night stay is discounted by 65%. For the offer to be valid, at least one member of the travelling party must be age 55 or older. The offer is available to adults ages 55 to 99 and is good for travel from September 1 to November 16, 2012. The booking window has been extended to September 30, 2012.
